Learning from the best Creative Directors in the industry, I conceived the new shape of the fundraising gala of the public school that my daughters attend : The Love Ball. In critical need of fundings and donations, I went to root of the sense of belonging: sharing a moment together and dancing as an act of resistance. I designed the logo which became the rallying cry : scenography, artists, DJs, photographers, videographers, designers came together to launch the first edition of the Love Ball. I coordinate all the visual identity, and developed some partnerships with brands, artists, small businesses who also donated to the auction. Creating the platform for years to come.

I started my exploration to design through photography, my eye looking for the moment, the light, the shape, the line, the feeling. I, then trained at SCI-ARC in the Making & Meaning program, obtained my Interior Design certificate at Parsons opening me to materiality and the fundamentals. I, since helped friends, and brands like Oeuf and No as Design consultant (collaboration & consultation). In paralell, working on a personal house project in Brooklyn with architect Julian Von Der Schulenburg.

Children Books always have always been appealing to me. My love for Sir Quentin Blake’s illustrations and stories pushed me to explore by taking evening classes 15 years ago while living in London (Illustration & Writing for children). My first idea came about around travel when you are a child (What do you notice? What do you remember?), it morphed into an idea based in LA. Since having children, my knowledge of children literature expanded and is developing into something, I hope to put into fruition.

To my own kids, just by being their parent 

I use the term influencer as something to smile about; as their parent I do influence them but it does come as a very important responsibility. I instruct myself on the subject, I try to be attuned with their needs, their development phases, their characters.  Recognize that mistakes are will/are made everyday. Embrace their youth, their imagination and childhood. We all know that they are the real influencers.
